We've rented this property before. It's starting to show some serious wear and tear. Knobs falling off on kitchen cabinets and bedroom drawers (green bedroom), dirty bed covers and bathroom mats, rugs are getting yucky. We love the house for its big, deep porch, but won't rent it again unless it's cleaned up and updated a bit.

We stayed at 1733 Asbury 1st floor. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Well stocked kitchen. This was our best vacation week in OC. Thank you!
