This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. It was a very nice place, with a few additions it could be an excellent place. For example, Kitchen needs baking pans or sheet pans, spatulas, peeler, etc. No mattress pads on some of the beds, no pillow covers, yellow stains on pillows. Vacuum cleaner was clogged with dirt. No broom or dust pan. Makes it very difficult to clean up.

The home was very nice. One bedroom may have had cats in it previous to our visit. My son-in-law had a reaction all week long but it went away after he returned home. I don’t know how you can prevent that but maybe it should be emphasized that absolutely no pet are allowed. Other that that, our visit was very nice. Lauren was excellent! Thank you.
