Location of the property is excellent. The landscaping is above average for the shore and creates privacy for the porch. The rooms in the condo are an appropriate size. The climate control is good. TV is good. Quiet property overall.

Lamp in one of the bedrooms was not working. Room off garage that had a shower has been closed for a fews years. It would be great to have an alternative to shower there instead of the house. Beautiful place and great location.

Could not control the temperature in the unit. Thermostat was "locked" so couldn't raise temp above 71° we froze.

Outside shower not available and that was disappointing. Certain areas of the house were not clean. Cleaning service should be spoken to. There was a tip envelope on the counter which I found unnecessary. A clean rental is expected.

Landlord spends minimal upkeep. We have rented for 4 years and broken tile in open area has not been fixed. Closet door in first bedroom on right has been unhinged for 3 years AND there was no cleaning supplies, scrubbies etc. Yet u have the audacity to give us a check list of things to clean before we leave. Looking at other properties for next year. You are taking end of summer renters for granted....AMEN

We have rented 2209 Central and love the location and unit, For three years we have had the same minor issues that the owner should fix. 1. Front door is weathered and rusty...needs paint. 2. Entry light at front door has been non functional. Difficult to reach and change bulb. 3. Chipped paint on a few cabinet doors in kitchen 4. Broken closet door on front right BR 5. Cracked tile on kitchen floor that needs to be cemented down. What is annoying is that these have been issues for 3 years. Otherwise we love the place

Plus: Great location, clean, multiple TV's, kitchen fully equipped, porch, comfortable, plenty of space for our 6 people Minus: Entry light blown out (2 yrs in a row) Keyway entry troublesome, during power outage there was no alternative light source (flashlight, battery nightlights) and no manuals for updated kitchen. ALL VERY MINOR ISSUES

This was our third year in the same rental property. We enjoy the location. The property is very clean with all the necessary amenities. We have been coming to Ocean City for over 50 years.

House needs updating. Need new living room furniture. Needs new carpeting also. Twin beds are hard as a rock. Otherwise was comfortable .
