This four bedroom, 3 bath upper cottage beach block unit sleeps 10 and is a short walk to one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard station with restrooms. Better than new unit, beautifully decorated and furnished. Two master bedrooms with private baths. Spacious master bedroom with private bath & Jacuzzi, and private deck off sitting area. Living room has AM/FM amplifier & CD player with ceiling speakers and you continue to enjoy the music when you go onto the front deck with mounted speakers and pull down privacy shades and a dinette set for six. Enjoy summer breezes on the large rear deck with its full awning (and dinette set). Off street parking for two vehicles and enclosed outside shower. This unit is toddler friendly with high chair, pack n play strollers and high chair. Beach gear provided by the owner includes tags, chairs, cart and umbrella! Propane gas grill, and other amenities and extras!

Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Property was well cared for and well equipped. Owners took time to mark/label and provide detailed explanations on things. Local gift certificates were a nice surprise.

The one shower head didn’t work but we still loved it and booked it again for next year. We left this in the comments for the owners so they were aware.
