Damage Protection

Cyndi was great! She helped us with a last-minute request after our family had a calendar opening for a four-night stay. Cyndi was attentive, responsiveness, and was able to meet our needs all around. The owners of the home were great as well. We cannot be happier with the process, the property we rented, and the week we had. It made for an extremely enjoyable week with our family. Thank you Cyndi and everyone involved!

This property had many flaws namely the film covering the shower window in the main bathroom was ineffective. You can actually see a person showering from outside the property. Secondly, there were no closets in the bedrooms. This was not mentioned in the listing. Also, the insulation was terrible. You could hear every footstep in the unit above. There was no vacuum cleaner. The dishwasher door handle was loose, so you had to be careful when opening it or the door would slam against the floor.
