Located just two blocks from the beautiful 14th St beach and boardwalk in Ocean City! You can practically smell Bob's Grill cooking breakfast, Mallon's sticky buns and the favorite caramel popcorn at Johnson's Popcorn! This first floor condos features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and 1 powder room. At first glance, you'll take notice of the large front deck with ample space for everyone to enjoy the sounds of the waves. Upon entry you will find an open concept living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room on the left side of the house. Across from the living room is the first bedroom showcasing a queen bed. The second bedroom off the dining area features a bunk bed with full sized bed on the bottom and twin over top with a twin trundle pullout underneath. The last bedroom on the right next to the full bathroom features a queen sized bed and private powder room for the primary's comfort.
Off the large front deck is a storage are under the second floor stairs for all of your beach gear. At the back of the house is an enclosed shower cabana for rinsing off after the beach. This unit is very walkable to beach and boardwalk as 14th St has a traffic light on Wesley Ave making it safe for all ages. Come and spend the week to let your stress just melt away.
