This 2nd floor unit was all redone in 2019 and is better than new. It has all the furnishings and finishes you want in your own home. It has four bedrooms and two full baths that can sleep up to 9 people. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach. Off the front is a large deck to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. It is sure to put you at ease and enjoy your time at the beach. Kick back and relax, you're going to enjoy your time here.

Kitchen are was small. There were some kitchen items missing and the can opener didn’t work. Outside shower could have used some hooks inside stall and some additional flagstones to minimize mud. All in all, a nice place with close access to beach. Overall a pretty decent place.

Kitchen missing a few key items - cutting board - scissors - strainer / overall kitchen too small - id definitely rent thru Ellen Just not this place again -

No on site parking. Not really meant for more than 4-6 people even though it had the bedrooms. Garage available but no key Would not rent this place again.

Location is great, apartment decor appears updated but not maintained or cleaned well. Bathroom drain didn't work, floor under the couch was filthy and no broom in home to sweep floor, vaccuum was filled with dirt and filters clogged, no cutting board in kitchen which was a problem when cooking meals during week, and no access to garage to park car.
