Theresa Maina and Michael Maina have been all that we could want in an agent, from shipping back to us a special pillow left in the rental, to arranging a backup second rental that we ultimately did not need, but that eased our concerns.

1407 Wesley ave was perfect for our needs, it was very well stocked with all necessities and you could tell the owners paid attention to every detail. It was clean and well organized. It would have been nice to have a tv in each bedroom. We would absolutely rent here again

The T. V. was not working properly it kept going on and off every 5 min. We also believe the house the house could have been cleaner. The counter tops were black as we cleaned to our level of what is should be. Over all it was a nice rental we have been there a few times , It not the owners fault just a FYI.

Excellent property, which we plan to return to. The only surprise was the cable TV service not having any sports programming, neither Comcast nor ESPN. We don't go on vacation to watch TV, but after a busy day and evening of beach, boards, etc, it's nice to sit and relax with a Phillies game or whatever.
