Damage Protection

This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Great location, but kitchen was unorganized. Kitchen cabinets, sink, etc were dated. The rental was not very clean.

The house was very nice! Only complaint would be the 1st floor renters kept going up on our roof top deck. Maybe there should be a sign that states “2nd floor only”.
