Very comfortable, spacious 2 story home suitable for 2 families or large single-family to enjoy the summer down the shore. Home has 4/5 bedrooms, sleeping 12 people very comfortably. 1 full bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor, as well as a private outdoor shower. Newer kitchen and great room as well as a den and a sunroom on the first floor. The second floor has a master bedroom with adjoining sunroom to watch the sun rise, a king size bed and a 65" flat screen. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a 40" flat screen. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full size bunk bed with a trundle. Bedroom 4/Media room has 4 chairs that convert into beds and a 55" flat screen for gamers and you-tubers. Bedroom 5 is a dorm room that contains a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Private and spacious patio for outside dining and relaxing. Fenced in yard and there is partial garage access for beach chairs and gear. Driveway to park two cars and additional parking in front of home. 2.5 blocks to the beach, and a very short walk to ACME, Wawa, a playground and tennis courts.

We could not have asked for a better week or time in Ocean City and the house we chose to rent was absolutely perfect for our family. This was the first time we were able to do something like this with our family and it was perfect, we all hated to leave. We are definitely considering doing this again next year and will hope to get the same property. As soon as we figure this out we will be in touch. Thank you!!!
