Garage allows for additional parking and storage of your beach items and the ground level showers keeps the sand from coming into the home. Pride of ownership is evident and the owners leave an informational booklet to answer all of your questions one you arrive in their shore home.

Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. I thought the property was great. Excellent location, great size, and layout. The only issue we had was the air conditioner could not keep up with cooling the house as it could not get under 75 degrees which was not good enough, and the garage code provided did not work. The garage code was not an issue as we could get in from the side door, but the air conditioner not working properly was an issue. We did cook and it made the house even hotter than 75 degrees, so we bought a box fan to push air from the back of the house to the front of the house which helped with maintaining the (too hot) 75 degrees. Other than that the house was great, and because it was nice in other areas we were able to overlook the poor air conditioning. Hopefully, they can get that upgraded for the 2025 season.

This is the 5th year that we have come with 3 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 6 Grandkids, had to rent 2 sites to accommodate all. Every phone call was answered and we love the place. Signed up for 2015.
