The interior has been newly renovated and furnished for this season. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, second bedroom a full size bed and the third rear bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. For more additional sleeping space, the sofa pulls out to queen sized bed. There is a concrete pad in the back with an open outdoor shower and plenty of space to keep your beach gear and relax after the beach.

Damage Protection

Upon arrival, windows in Master bedroom were unable to be locked. One window had the upper window completely open and would not stay shut. This would allow rain, animals or anyone to enter. Once I got the window to stay up, we could not align the windows in order to lock. Had to spend time waiting for a repairman to come by. Then on day 2 we lost internet and tv service. Had to wait for Matt to come by and contact the owners and cable company. Overall, lost a few hours of vacation waiting on these situations to be fixed. Master bedroom was extremely small.

The place was cute but no parking spot was brutal. It made every day stressful
