This is a five bedroom house. Every bed is comfortable and plenty of seating. It is kept clean. Has an elevator which is a plus! This is my third year renting here. Location great, just a block from the boardwalk.

We really like the property at 1008 Ocean Ave, Unit B. And we intend to rent again next year. This year the house was a little dirtier upon move in. Felt like it could have been a little cleaner. The house could stand an investment in some more/better pots and pans. Especially pans. Overall, good experience though.

The property we rented was great but it needs more kitchen supplies. There were no baking sheets, for example. We loved the location and the size of our unit. There was plenty of room to entertain or to just veg out. I've rented through Berger for about 30 years and my parents used it for many years before that. It's the only realtor I've ever used in Ocean City.

We were 8 adults and it would have been nice to have a TV in each of the bedrooms. Since it rained on our vacation time we each wanted to watch TV but had different taste in shows we wanted to see. Seemed unusual to have private baths in a room with bunk beds and an exit to the balcony. Would have been nice to have a queen or double bed in that room, and the bunks in another room .
