Damage Protection

The place is a beautiful place but we were a little disappointed this year (we rented same place last year). There was no information at all about when was trash pickup. The Nest thermostat is on a schedule and would change to 82 degrees multiple times a day so we always had to check it when it got warm. The king size bed is awful. Mattress sits on springs so anytime you moved, it made a noise.

Very nice rental with comfortable furniture, high quality appliances, all the glasses and dishes and kitchen things you would need to cook for large or small groups or serve take out.
