The property was beautiful and in a great location. Certain kitchenwares I would expect, especially a cutting board, we're not in the unit. Overall, though, very roomy and comfortable. The large sectional was great for relaxing as a family.

Not clean enough especially in master bath. Dirty tiles near floor and around shower doors. We cleaned under the couches especially before leaving. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned under it all season. No sharp knives.

Needed to clean for the first 1.5 hours because there was noticeable dirt and crumbs on the floors and countertops. They were also coffee and drinks stains on the counters that needed to be wiped down. Two of the frames in the first bedroom that have twin beds were broken and the boxsprings at one corner all the way down to the floor. Had to take the bed apart to try and fix the frames. Did not have any instructions for Internet or the code for the door and had to contact the realtor to get that information. There are no markings in the back of the house indicating which side is for the first floor or the second floor. When we arrived the folks that had rented the first four were parked in front of both garage is taking up the spaces.

The property was nice, however, it was not as clean as I thought it should have been upon arrival. There was even wash left in the washer which we had to dry. After a good cleaning the house provided us with a great place to stay and we enjoyed our vacation at the beach.
