Damage Protection

This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Parking is a problem if you have more than two cars, the lift in the garage makes parking a PITA, the key pad is also a pain. The thermostat was difficult to use and kept resetting to a higher temp. The location was good and the place itself was pretty good although minimally equipped.

The house was great but it needs to be better supplied. We could have used some extra blankets, an iron and the kitchen was not well supplied. It was difficult to cook because of lack of dishes, pots etc. Every house that we have stayed in the past had these basic things supplied for us.

Two thumbs up. Initial brief confusion as to keyless entry. What key? No key! Not familiar with elevator operation. A walk thru on its operation or mention as to how to operate would enhance satisfaction. Good job Kevin. Great pick/place for our group.
