Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Several lights needed bulb replacements/didn’t work, nail pops were coming up from the inside steps, carpets showing wear, master bath shower door needs replacement as it’s old and loose and outside shower was very old and needs a new shower head.

The place was excellent. We have rented this place for many years and have never been disappointed. We did not put a deposit for 2018 because we will be traveling to Italy. We would be interested in renting the same time in 2019

Our rental unit was perfect. It was very tastefully decorated, nicely equipped with kitchen supplies and sparkling clean. We have now rented 2 properties using Rita's services as an agent. She is very professional, friendly, efficient and a very nice to do business with.
