Damage Protection

Beautiful Property
We were first drawn to this property from the pictures and were thrilled that it was even more beautiful when we arrived. It felt brand new and was spotlessly clean. The design and attention to detail is terrific. And, the porch that provides a spectacular view of the ocean is amazing.

We visit Ocean City every year. We loved this house but felt like it was not the cleanest house. It could use a good deep clean.

In general this property met my expectations however the cleaning service who prepared the property did a poor job. I had to reclean bathrooms upon arrival and wipe down kitchen counters and tables as there were crumbs on both. I also had to call the linen service as all of the linens from the previous renters were sitting in tubs outside the front entrance for days after my family moved in. Additionally someone should look at the washer and clean the mold from around the gasket. Looks like it hasn’t been done in quite some time. The outdoor table also had mold on it.

Beautiful property, great location, most aspects were excellent. However, the unit was not cleaned thoroughly, so we cleaned it ourselves. The kitchen supplies had a few gaps: absolutely no large platters, serving pieces or large bowls. I rate that a priority when renting, cleanliness plus adequate household items. Besides that, this house was really great and we enjoyed it. Therefore, it sort of "met" rather than exceeded our expectation.

Our rental agent, Ellen Senft, was extremely professional & accommodating. She made the entire rental process for us a delight. At times during our rental duration, Ellen also went 'out of her way for us' to ensure our stay was a comfortable and satisfying one.
