This room is great for parents/grandparents and guests who prefer not to do stairs. It is fully private with a flat screen TV, queen size air mattress topper sofa bed, walk in closet, and attached full bathroom with tub and shower. Our first floor also features the first of two kitchens and a large laundry room.

Second floor features 3 bedrooms and a large full bath with shower and tub and dressing/makeup area and an extra closet for more storage. Bedroom 1 is great for teens or kids with two twin beds, Bedroom 2 features a full size 1800's Mahogany bed and Empire step dresser, Bedroom 3 has a full size antique Mahogany sleigh bed set and dressers.

Optional additional 3rd floor;  third floor has its own private outside entrance with 2 additional bedrooms, kitchen and 1/2 bath (ask for pricing). Perfect for overflow or for members of the family who prefer their own space. Bedroom 4 has a tiger maple full size bed and bedroom 5 has two twin beds.
