707 Pennlyn Place in Ocean City was the perfect location for our major family celebration with 14 people. This property had 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen area was wonderful with all of the supplies we would need for a week.

This is a great home for a large group to spread out in! The semi-separate third floor gave us plenty of space for everyone.

We rented the 2nd & 3rd flr apts because of our large family. Both units were clean & neat. They are starting to show some age but still fine. Kitchen & all bathrooms are fine, but newer is always better. It had a big porch which was great & better porch furniture would make it nicer, but 2 picnic tables were great. Refrig was adequate but with large family a bigger one might be nice. A top & bottom vs. side by side refrig would be best. Vacuum cleaner was poor. Toaster oven needs replacement. Mattresses were ok. Pull out sofa mattresses were poor. Rugs on 3rd flr are older. Garage was great for storage. A good rental overall. Just a few improvements would make it great.

Dylan is very responsive and helpful. I have never seen a rental house in person before I contract but I'm always pleased with the rental. For a busy mom, Berger is the best.
