Our stay was wonderful! The only consideration would be to upgrade the living room furniture to be more comfortable, but overall we loved our experience and are looking forward to our next stay!

The house was dated and the locks were very difficult to use. Sometimes we would have to go to another door just to get into the house. There was a 71 degree hold on the air conditioner. There were times at night that it would have been nice to have it a little cooler.

This was the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever rented. The place was very clean. The labeling of lights etc was excellent. The keys and locks were problematic, only the master key worked ok in the side door. It was a shame we could not come and go via the front door. On Sunday we obtained 3 more keys but only one worked with a lot of jiggling. The hall bath did not drain properly. My companion cleaned out loads of hair and sand.

We rented 1415 Wesley. We could tell that the property owners truly took care of this property. It was fully stocked with just about anything we could have dreamt of needing. The location was great, and we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the house and Berger Realty.

1415 Wesley could use new door knobs and locks. Very difficult to unlock both side and front doors.

This is my second year in this rental. And I will be back as long. My health let's me like just wish it was a little cheaper. It's hard when you are a senior.
