I write this with considerable gratitude to George and the staff at Berger Realty. As for buying, that might be sometime in our future if our financial situation ever soars beyond the present tense. We hope to rent the same place next year. Joan will take care of the lease documentation. We are grateful to George for his friendship toward our handicapped daughter, Susan. It meant a lot to her and to us that she was so well treated and made to feel more like a grown-up, loved and appreciated by George. She is always the center of our attention through the many years of dealing with her handicaps. God bless with gratitude and appreciation.

Our rental property was very nice, but as we settled in, we realized that it was not cleaned. Wet laundry on top of washing machine, floors had food on them, bathrooms were not cleaned. Not enough of a problem for us to call, but still disappointed it was not cleaner.
