Don't overlook how close this home is to the corner because that drastically cuts down the distance your walk is to the beach. Our agent, Mike Maina, is fantastic to work with. When the agent we had worked with for 12 years left, we were introduced to Mike. We have had a few challenging issues the past two seasons, and Mike was terrific in working things out for us.

As this was our 9th year at 2215 Central Avenue, we are very familiar with the property. We were pleasantly surprised to see all interior doors changed out to nice white ones (although none close all the way). We have also worked with Jeff Thompson for these past nine years, and were sad to hear that he is moving out of the rentals, but happy to hear he is advancing to sales. He has been absolutely the best to work with.
