Our clean, spacious and tastefully decorated 3rd floor condo boasts an open floor plan with a living room featuring a 50" HDTV and sectional sofa. Kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with seating for 12. Four large, modern bedrooms (with newer furniture, mattresses, bedspreads, pillows) and two full baths complete the layout. Enjoy the large balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking Asbury Ave. (Sorry, but guests not allowed by association to use grill). However, condo has a fully equipped kitchen and it's centrally located to dozens of restaurants that can be easily walked to. Our condo also includes COMCAST HD CABLE TV, ROKU with NETFLIX, HULU, HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI AND COMCAST. It features hardwood floor, recessed lighting, central air and ceiling fans. FOUR BEACH BADGES are included as well as beach chairs. Park your car in either the garage or driveway and walk to everything! No need to move your car. Starbucks is across the street, Wawa, McDonald's, Acme and Dunkin Donuts are around the block. There are many fabulous dining and shopping options up and down Asbury Ave. Beach and boardwalk are 3 blocks away.

Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Excellent rental property that we would consider renting again next year. Trish is always promot in her communication with us. Definitely would recommend Trish and Berger Realty to others.

The place was great & clean. One other problem was the town did not pick up our garbage or recycles on either Tues or Fri thus causing a very smelly fly ridden situation.
