The location was good but the property desperately needs upgrades, especially where the appliances are concerned. The oven was filthy and dishes were in the dish washer. It was disappointing.

Overall, the property was fine. However, we did have some areas of disappointment. The kitchen appliances are very old but still functional. The kitchen supplies (utensils, pots, etc) were sparse and in desperate need of updating. The cleanliness of the apartment was just satisfactory with the exception of the kitchen which had not been cleaned well at all. We needed to spend over an hour cleaning the kitchen before we felt comfortable using it. We would consider booking this apartment for next year but not without seeing other possible alternatives first.

Older home with adequate living space. Could use some updates in the limited living room furniture (i.e., one small sofa and loveseat). House was very clean.

Our family has been coming to Ocean City for over ten years. We have developed high standards over this time frame. This property met those standards with a few minor exceptions, which we will not get into. Overall, our experience was great in this house. We had a wonderful family experience there!
