A couple of minor points: the bathroom door in the NW corner BR squeaks loudly when moved; the buzzer to open the outside side door seemed not to work sometimes.

Nice place close to everything but the refrigerator is way to small for my group. For a rental property the living area is layered out weird. Get rid of the fireplace and put a sofa there and please the TV on the west wall

Absolutely loved the property and working with Joan. We will be renting again next year, possibly this house or we may be interested in the one on 10th and Ocean with an elevator

In regards to 1000 Ocean, Unit c, the owners really need to offer season beach tags (up to # of people house can accommodate) to renters, especially given the weekly rental rate they charge. Beautiful home, and season beach tag offer is a nice touch that most OCNJ rentals offer.

Only one comment - We needed more than two (2) sets of keys with the four families ; although, the extra keys were made only two sets worked and made things very difficult. I would suggest that all keys be tested prior to guest arrival. Owner finally had to let us in after two trips to the Berger office.

The only negative comment would be that we would've liked to have checked in when we got down there around 1:15. House was ready but they wouldn't give us keys until 2. Otherwise excellent experience and we had the best vacation!!
