The house was nicely updated and the owners left a welcoming message for guests which was a nice touch. However, it was very obvious this unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We had an issue with fruit flies upon moving in, there was dust caked on the woodwork and hvac vents as well as every lighting fixture in the home, and the floors needed to be mopped. We have small children (2 year old and 1 year old)..the bottoms of their feet were black from simply walking on the floors. I didn’t appreciate that. The towel rack in the hall bathroom was also not secured.

Since we had a 1 year old that crawls, we found that the floors were very dirty. Also the room with the bunk beds, the mattresses were very hard. Had some kind of hard material (wood?) in them.

The property was very nice but when we arrived the property was not clean. We found dirty socks under beds, trash and about 20 hair things in the great room/family room.

Sharon gave us outstanding service. After arriving, we called in about a few minor issues which were quickly addressed. We only wished that the outside shower water would have been on when we arrived. Your agency and owner knew we were coming that week. Overall, the home was gorgeous, well maintained and we would love to rent again there. The price was great! We love O.C. with it being our first time as renters there and look forward to returning.
