Loved our unit. A little skeptical about a first floor unit, but we lucked out and the people in the second flood unit were quiet :) Great location. Space was small but very functional and comfortable for all 5 of us. Loved the corner lot and front porch!

No beach tags provided by owner. Had problem with guest bathroom toilet. Owner said, “use the plunger”! Louvered laundry door fell off & master bath door hardware was half falling off at the top of the door. The living space, kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms were really nice & big too. Enjoyed the front porch every morning & evening.

Overall we loved the property and would like to rent it again next year. The one burner on the stove didn’t work so it made it a little difficult to cook at times.

Upstairs (possibly owners) were rude about noise and this went on all day. No hot water in shower, just a spigot with cold water. Some appliances did not work, ice maker, coffee pot, a few others but just gave up,can't remember anymore.
