Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. Great location but in disappointing condition. Weak WiFi and internet issues are problematic for extended stay or working remotely.

Only one complaint had to listen to smoke detector beep for 24 hrs till my son came & changed battery.

Outside porch chairs and table were rusty. Limited storage space in bedrooms for clothes. WiFi was basically useless for how slow it was.

Towel bar in one bathroom was broken. No where to hang bath towels. Needed more kitchen utensils and dressers in the bedrooms. Great location though.

We had an excellent experience overall. Our only negatives were: the TVs in the master & adjacent bedroom were not working, there were moldy dishes in the dishwasher, and there were used press-on nails & water bottles under the bunk beds. This week, we are going to contact Patricia Spengler/Berger to reserve a property for next summer. Thanks!

Our week was wonderful, as always! The only issue that we had was the cleanliness of the house. While at first glance... it looked clean... there were a few things that weren't. For example, there was a huge wad of hair in the shower drain. The hvac vents had tons of dust built up on them. The rugs in the bathrooms didn't look clean or even vacuumed. Also the vacuum in our rental did not work properly. We ended up having to sweep with the broom all week. Hoping that the cleaning crew can be a little more thorough next year.

Rental was beautiful. Only complaint was we were given wrong info on garbage pick up in the brocure. It wasn't summer season yet so garbage men came on a completely different day.
