We used units 1 and 2 and both were clean, neat, and well stocked with basics. Our family is growing so it will prove to be too small next year, but the in-law suite was great and both units were wonderful! Chris Warren was attentive and helpful with any questions/needs throughout the time leading up to our weeks there as well as while we were there! Lovely rentals! Great little store and ice cream shop just around the corner!

The property was not clean. Dirty dishes and pot put away in cabinets without being washed. The place smelled like cleaner fumes but it was not clean. Air conditioner cause everything to get damp. Clothes hung up were wet just from the air. Great location. Close to everything we needed. Loved the court yard as a added space.

Property was small which we knew going in but it suited our needs for the week. Clean, loved the appearance of the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately there is a bad odor under the bathroom sink as well as in the dresser drawers. Needed to remove clothing as it was taking on the mildew smell. Perhaps this is just an issue due to the climate. Trish for years has always been gracious and helpful and a big reason why we continue to rent through Berger.

The people above us were very noisy and they had a dog that barked. I would not rent the same place again, but would rent a second floor unit or a ranch home. Love Ocean City.
