Very nice rental. Comfortable. Clean. The owner supplied some items that were a pleasant surprise. Items supplied were beach tags, chairs, bikes, beach cart. Little touches that were very much appreciated.

Kevin, as always, was Superman. From first glimpse to turning in the keys, again he and Berger Realty provided an awesome summer experience despite COVID. Each time I turn to Kevin / Berger there is never a disappointment. I have enjoyed the rental whether it be summer or Fall Festival weekend, which sadly won’t be happening this year😢. Thank you and be Blessed through the virus mess!!

We were very pleased with 806 2nd Street! It was our very time staying in this house and it was very clean, well taken care of and had a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs and DVDs in all of the rooms, and many beach things and bikes in the garage. The location was perfect and we walked or biked everywhere we went. We would definitely stay there again!
