Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection (VRDP) plan for $50.00 designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, up to $3,000. This plan becomes non-refundable upon check-in. You will still be responsible for any damages above the policy limit, and for any damages not covered by the VRDP. This property needs some TLC. Outdated kitchen and furniture. Could feel the sofabed springs through the couch cushions. On the positive side the television was a smart tv and the property was clean.

1449 Asbury was a lovely rental. Owner upstairs. The water heater was adjusted immediately when we only could get cold at first. Only two recommendations: Please install a smart TV as all are dated and the main TV is very small for the living room. We didn't use any of them; just our own iPad for the kids a few times. Secondly, please update the older washer/dryer. There are prominate notices posted that we could not wash ANY towels/sheets, along with the address of nearest public laundromat ...inconvenient and strange. A stack of towels were provided; however, we did not use because it was unclear if we would need to take them to the laundromat before leaving. Otherwise, it was a great location and we had a lovely week. The front porch was especially beautiful and the outside shower was especially nice. 2128 Central landlord was very good about fixing both the garbage disposal and dryer that broke during week's stay. However, some of the old casement windows didn't open and the deck wood was rotted in places. Otherwise, it was fine and location to beach excellent.

Everything was so seamless and simple whether checking in or out was perfect! Our daughter loved the property and we were very pleased with the location as well. We hadn't seen the condo until checking in and hoped it would be suitable, and yes it was!!! Thanks and if returning someday, we will be in touch!

TV has issues w/sound. overall the apartment needs some updating (vertical blinds, stove, etc) and a thorough cleaning. furniture on the deck is too large for the small deck.

Owner wanted outside lights off at midnight! We were all out a few late nights, and I didn't feel comfortable going up the stairs to upper level in the dark.
