We were very pleased with property. However, it was not clean when we arrived. We basically cleaned the whole house upon arrival. There was a thick layer of dirt on the ceiling fans and tall furniture. The countertops were gritty. We vacuumed all the floors and carpet and picked up a lot of debris.

Had a problem with frig not cooling but Berger and the owner got it fix by Monday morning. Very good experience with owner in getting it fix.
