Rental property location was very good. The house itself needed a good cleaning. Baseboards were dirty. Floor under pullout couch was dirty with trash. Pull out was awful to sleep in. Springs coming through mattress. The place needed a lot of TLC and a deep clean.

First time on second floor too many steps for us. Comfy home inside fit our needs. Really appreciate beach tags!! Refrigerator was tight fit. Lids would be good on trash cans birds got in & made a mess. Great outdoor shower. All & all we enjoyed our week!

We rented 1034 Central Ave 2nd floor. We really liked the property and location. We were very dissappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Carpet, hardwood floors, and bathrooms we dirty. I would recommend a new property cleaner.
