Other than porch door and sliding door in living room, all windows were not functional. Sometimes air conditioning is not needed and fresh air is preferable.

Deck furniture not great. Sliding door hard to open. Kitchen cabinets hard to open. But overall it was ok.

the rental property was good and had a lot of amenities. I would like to report that the hot water was excessively hot and I would say was actually dangerous. My grand daughter was nearly scalded having a shower as the temperature did not regulate in the common bathroom shower immediately. Perhaps the hot water heater needs adjustment or replacement. Otherwise, the apartment was great. the extra linens were an added plus. Its a great idea to wash and rotate the bed linens.
