We liked our rental place at 2118 West -was plenty big enough for our family - however there were a lot of stairs!

We had a great visit in OCNJ. The home we rented was amazing and fully met our needs as a family. We loved there were 2 garage spaces & 2 outdoor spots. We loved the private entrances. The water pressure in the showers was low. I did notice some mold in the master bath shower, under the ledge where the shower doors close. I took it upon myself to clean it (I clean homes for a living). The only other thing that I believe needs to be addressed is the solid wood floor was dusty in many areas & not fully cleaned.

We had 3 families sharing the unit. The layout of the property was ideal and allowed each family to have their own bathroom. The kitchen was also well stocked. The two car garage was a plus and allowed plenty of room to store our beach umbrellas and chairs and the shower downstairs allowed the kids to rinse off before heading upstairs. Very, very positive experience.

great house. Always a good experience with Jeremy and Berger. Only issues with house were 3 TV's cable was out and one of the ceiling fans did not work. Also, there was dog droppings left in their place all around the property including one right next to our car in the driveway on our side of the driveway. If the people in the condo below are in the habit of leaving that as is and it picking up after their dog, probably should be addressed. Felt intentional to be honest. And we never met them during the week, but they did have a dog.

Loved the new rental ,the only downfall was 29 steps to the second floor . First day of move in was hardðŸ˜
