Always a great experience dealing with Graham and Berger Realty. The rental property just needs deep cleaning,. Always disappointed when get there & have to clean things or fix things; otherwise everything is comfortable.

loved where we stayed in the same location for 3 years , wanted to rent next year and unit had already been rented out . was very disappointed in Berger realty that this was allowed to happen . we have been renting with Berger for 17 years :(

Carol did an excellent job finding our condo this year. The condo was beautifully decorated and so roomy. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We felt like we were in paradise!

This was our second year at the same place. Had a great time with family. I have been coming to OC since I was a little girl and I am not bringing my 5 grandchildren to the beach. Greatest beach in NJ
